At XO Lashes, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both my time and other clients, please review the following: ⏰ — A 10-minute grace period is extended to all clients. Out of respect for the next client arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation. If late arrival results in cancellation of the service, the full service fee will apply. 🛑— Cancellations and rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% service charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ✨ Deposits ✨ Deposits are non-refundable I truly understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up 🤍 If anything changes, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I always appreciate communication and will do my best to handle each situation with understanding. Thank you for respecting my time and my business it means so much! ✨ Lash Fill Policy Fill appointments are based on the amount of lash extensions remaining from your original set. 2 Week Fill: Must have at least 50% of lash extensions remaining. Anything less will be considered a 3 week fill or full set depending on retention. 3 Week Fill: Must have at least 30–40% of lash extensions remaining. Anything less will be considered a 2 week fill upgrade or full set. Important: * If you arrive with less than the required lash percentage, your service and pricing will be adjusted. * Fills are for maintaining existing work!. * Anything with excessive gaps or shedding may require a full set for best results. * Foreign fills (lashes done by another artist) may require a removal and new set.
